SHOP MANAGER

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling
  • Coordinating barber training
  • Overseeing inventory of supplies & products for retail
  • Managing budgets & maintaining financials
  • Setting / meeting sales target
  • Liaison with owner

 

About You

  • You are self motivated & have the fire inside of you to be successful

  • When asked to walk a mile, you walk two

  • Organized

  • More than 3,000 friends on facebook and IG… (jk, but being a connector is a plus)

  • You love to look good! You are the face of the shop and we are the GROOMZMEN

 

What You Need

  • 5 years experience working in a shop/salon, if you are licensed as a barber, it’s a plus

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent coursework or experience

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • A leader who can guide the shop to success, think fast on their feet, be creative when working to increase clientele and make barbers more efficient and effective
